Baschieri GiuliaFrom the business model to the operational marketing plan. The fundamental conceptual and quantitative tools necessary for understanding, analyzing and constructing the relationship a company establishes with its market of interest: the centrality of the client, studying acquired behavior, the processes of segmentation and positioning, the development of new products and the spread of innovation, pricing decisions, distribution and communication.
Manaresi AngeloThe course analyzes various areas of green management and sustainability. Bianchi AlessandraThe course is based on the principles related to the evolution of the planet and the world of industry (Industry 4.0), outlining, in parallel, a new figure of managers, increasingly attentive to sustainability issues and achievable sustainable goals as well as to valorisation of themselves: a green manager. The topics of the course will include: the basic concepts of economics and environment policy for the transition of managers and businesses to a sustainable economy, businesses and territories, national, European and international regulatory dictations, the competences of the green manager, the phenomenon from the point of view of the enterprise and the consumer, the operating tools. Bianchi Alessandra“Sustainability,” a much used and sometimes abused word by companies and entrepreneurs. Sustainability means not only “doing the same things better,” but also “doing things differently” and “doing them with others.” These different approaches to sustainability also imply different performance and outcomes for businesses and companies, performance that must be measured, in order to be better managed. This course will address these issues by analyzing how to measure sustainability within enterprises and organizational ecosystems, with a focus on developing management control dashboards, developing key performance indicators, and setting performance targets.

"I decided to enroll in the Master after a work experience to invest in my professional growth. Thanks to the company project works and the many company testimonials, I had the opportunity to compare myself with the job prospects and needs currently present in the world of work. I have always been passionate about innovation and sustainability, and thanks to the Master's program I was able to combine these two aspects. After an internship experience as an analyst, I am now involved in the business development of a new e-mobility project. The course has been an exciting path, which, if approached with determination and ambition, makes it possible to achieve one's goals."

Moreover, the course, thanks its practical approach, it gave me the tools to orient myself in the world of work and the determination to accept an internship in a new city and a large company. "The Master's program was a fundamental step in my path of growth in the world of work and sustainability in all its dimensions. The interactive teaching, full of comparisons with managers, company project work, and group work, allowed me to identify a clear direction from which to start working in a more structured and conscious way. It is great today to work in an industry where so many former Master's students work, with whom I share common values and goals. I would start again today if I could, it has been a wonderful experience!"
Emanuela Buontempo

MGI - Green and Sustainable Businesses (A.Y. 2020/2021)
"After completing my degree in humanities, I enrolled in the Master's program for two reasons: to orient my career in the area of sustainability and corporate social responsibility and to acquire practical skills that would move me away from the academic world. The BBS master's program, thanks to its practical approach, not only trained me on the major sustainability challenges that companies face, but also provided me with the soft and hard skills needed to approach the corporate world. Thanks to the skills I acquired in the master's program, I started my career in a multinational tech company in Berlin, now holding the position of Sustainability Manager in Zalando"
Ilaria Piccinini
ESG Senior Associate, PwC Italy
MGI - Green and Sustainable Businesses (A.Y. 2020/2021)
"After two bachelor's degrees, I decided to conclude my education path with a Master's degree in order to get closer to the world of work and specialize in the field of sustainability. The choice fell on BBS's Master's program, which offers the right compromise between academic and theoretical insights and "practice." The Master's program allowed me to enrich my professional and personal background, thanks to the great experience of the profesors and the many group projects. The Master's has provided me with the right skills to face the world of consulting where I currently work."
Marta Rinaldi

MGI - Green and Sustainable Businesses (A.Y. 2020/2021)
"I was looking for something that would allow me to bring together the interdisciplinary nature of my academic background and the desire to extend my scale of positive impact towards sustainability. This path has helped me to stand out in a well-established multinational company operating in the energy sector and currently facing the challenging energy trilemma. Working within the Global Supply Chain management area, I have the opportunity to influence the entire supply chain in integrating sustainability into culture and processes. Today, when I look back, I smile and think: That was one of the best decisions I could have made for my life."
Carolina Lemma

The courses I attended and the various projects I took part in were fundamental for my personal and professional growth, in particular the orientation courses allowed me to broaden my knowledge on sustainability issues and to place them within the business dynamics. The challenging and exciting master program was decisive for the start of my career."
