“Sustainability,” a much used and sometimes abused word by companies and entrepreneurs. Sustainability means not only “doing the same things better,” but also “doing things differently” and “doing them with others.” These different approaches to sustainability also imply different performance and outcomes for businesses and companies, performance that must be measured, in order to be better managed. This course will address these issues by analyzing how to measure sustainability within enterprises and organizational ecosystems, with a focus on developing management control dashboards, developing key performance indicators, and setting performance targets.

The choice fell on BBS's Master's program, which offers the right compromise between academic and theoretical insights and "practice." The Master's program allowed me to enrich my professional and personal background, thanks to the great experience of the profesors and the many group projects. I chose this master for the educational offer compatible with any background and for teaching strongly based on practice: what I needed and what I appreciated the most. Case analysis, group projects, class presentations allowed me to feel more confident in my preparation and my abilities. The choice of the specific address instead reflected a personal interest in sustainability to which BBS was able to respond by giving me the basis to competently face my role, which ranges from sustainability reporting, to the management of environmental / social projects, to coaching in the management of corporate welfare policies."

"When I decided to study at BBS I had already evaluated more options, analysed the sacrifices and changes that attending a Masters would have represented, established my expectations on the opportunities that the master would allow me to obtain. Choosing a full time training proved to be the best option. During the Master I had the opportunity to combine business, creativity, passion for the environment.
