IT Governance & Management

A NEW LANGUAGE

In today’s competitive scenario, IT has become the enabling factor of business services and internal processes. The Chief Information Officer is becoming a multi-faceted figure who, by leading the  Digital Transformation and the provision of IT services, supports the business in defining the strategy and in the transformation of the organization towards more competitive functioning models.

The Executive Program in IT Governance & Management provides the tools and the managerial skills for the following activities:

  • enabling the Digital Transformation by innovating the models of provision of IT services
  • integrating the planning and provision processes for the IT Services with the Business
  • identifying and implementing efficiency and effectiveness indicators
  • managing changes by reducing “rejection” risks
  • managing IT outsourcing contracts  to adapt with flexibility to the changing needs of the Business in terms of scope, service level and working method

The IT Governance & Management Executive Program has been devised to combine technical know-how and organization, considering ICT as the circulatory and neuralgic systems of the company.

Attending this program means taking a significant step on the growth journey within one’s function. The lectures held by a faculty consisting of university professors, consultants and business managers are further enriched by the exchange of views and opinions with the other participants and with IT experts belonging to companies that are active in different industries.

The IT Governance & Management Executive Program course consists of  16 days of classroom lectures  (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays), five months in total. It includes eight modules, dealing with the most relevant topics of IT management, also thanks to the simulation of practical cases. The program offers participants the chance to obtain the ITIL international certification.

If you wish to integrate your technical skills with the ability to influence your company’s decisions, contact the course director.
