Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI

Strategies and Practical Tools

Artificial Intelligence is now a concrete reality that is transforming the way companies operate, make decisions and compete in the global marketplace. This course is designed for business leaders, managers and professionals who wish to be at the forefront of this rapidly evolving landscape.

The course Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI: Strategies and Practical Tools, is designed to provide an in-depth and practical understanding of how AI in general, and generative AI in particular, can be integrated into business processes to improve productivity, accelerate innovation and create value. From data-driven marketing campaign design to large-scale personalised content creation and process optimisation, generative AI offers powerful tools to address modern challenges with innovative solutions.

Generative AI, in particular, represents a leap forward in technological innovation. Advanced artificial intelligence models, such as Large Language Models (LLM), are revolutionising the way companies create content, interact with customers and make strategic decisions. The capabilities to generate text, images, code and even business strategies are opening up new frontiers in terms of efficiency and creativity.

In an increasingly complex and competitive business environment, understanding and applying AI is not only an advantage, but a necessity to stay ahead of the curve. Those who attend this course will understand the basics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and be able to develop strategies for their business, learn how to identify opportunities, assess return on investment (ROI) and align AI with business objectives to maximise value. Use Generative AI tools to explore the use of Large language models (LLM) and business tools to enhance productivity, improve decision-making and stimulate innovation.

The course is aimed at business leaders and managers who want to integrate AI into their business strategies to optimise processes and stimulate innovation, as well as professionals who want to deepen their technical and practical skills in AI and Machine Learning; Innovators and entrepreneurs interested in leveraging AI to stimulate growth and innovation within their companies.

The program is divided into 2 modules, for a total of 6 didactic sessions to be attended in a weekend formula (Friday and Saturday). It is possible to register for the entire course or for modules individually.

" Artificial intelligence is changing our lives, our society and our way of doing business. Being aware of these changes, mastering the techniques that cause them and understanding their scope in the short and medium term will be essential to the survival of many companies. This course offers "survival tools" that in many cases can also become development and growth tools. "

" Those who’ll be able to master machine learning will have a competitive advantage for their future career. What you’ll get at the end of the program isn’t simply being knowledgeable about a technology, as disruptive as it may be, but the ability to use it to foster real business topics: a value that no company nowadays can afford to ignore. "

Networking

Networking takes place between students in the same class, between participants and lecturers, and with students from other courses or previous editions of the same program.
