Business Plan

An indispensable tool for your growth goals

The birth of any business is a complex, uncertain, fragile process, but rooted in a strong base of creativity that makes it an extremely powerful phenomenon. Being able to identify and implement an entrepreneurial project requires a wide range of activities and skills, capable of providing both rigour and flexibility of thought to face the challenges dictated by constantly evolving economic markets.

For the modern entrepreneur, the main success factor of any business activity is a mix that combines passion, inventiveness and energy, with competence, professionalism and systematic methodology. The Business Plan course is based on the important principle that entrepreneurs are not born.

The primary objective is therefore to develop a practical orientation to entrepreneurship where the personal skills of each participant are put in the foreground and enriched with a necessary deepening of the theoretical and methodological aspects that distinguish the genesis of business.

The main topics covered will follow a natural flow that will bring the positive energy and creativity of aspiring entrepreneurs to produce and process information that will allow them to make decisions in order to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company.
