COURSES

This session presents the concepts of Business Ecosystems, where several industries are now interconnected, offering new ways for companies to compete and develop new business models. From this broad perspective, we will be able to identify the major trends as well as uncertainties that could shape the future. Scenario planning will provide a structured way for companies to prepare for those possible futures and create real options that will enable them not only survive but also to thrive in the following years. We’ll be using mini cases in order to explore those concepts and methods.

This session explores the urgent need for strategies to recalibrate economic growth models driven by innovation while considering societal and sustainability implications. Starting with the historical aftermath of past industrial revolutions seen as tectonic shifts in technology and industry, it examines how current trends like rising social inequality, global integration vs. isolationism, and the rise of authoritarianism are amplified by digital transformation, impacting global competitiveness. It compares different economic systems in several regions of the world, exploring how they function in their specific socio-political and cultural contexts. It discusses strategies to reshape existing systems, including new metrics for evaluating economic competitiveness amidst ongoing Geotech threats.

In this session, we will practically and concretely explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI, is transforming the operational landscape for managers. We will not dwell on theoretical discussions, but focus on how managers can effectively utilize AI in their daily activities. We will analyze the main tasks and sectors where AI is having the greatest impact, highlighting emerging trends and key technologies. The goal is to provide a clear and applicable overview to help former MBA, Executive MBA, and international Master’s participants navigate and leverage the potential of AI in their work.

We’ll explore how some visionary entrepreneurs once relied on intuition, and how today, advanced algorithms drive strategic decisions. We will analyze some pivotal moments and technological advancements that have shaped modern marketing practices.

The Art of Discussion is a real roadmap on how to enter a debate and getting a successful result, for both parties. But what does “successful” really mean? It means that at the end of the process you end up with 4 main results: 1) both parties gain a benefit; 2) the exchange ends with mutual respect and esteem; 3) both parties would be happily willing to enter a new discussion/exchange with each other again; 4) the energy balance is positive (the fun in the process is more than the energy used). Is it really possible to experience such a positive conflict?

Today, we stand at the cusp of a transformative era, where groundbreaking technologies are reshaping industries and redefining possibilities. This webinar will explore how digital frontier technologies are driving new ventures, fostering unprecedented levels of creativity, efficiency, and disruption across various sectors. With a special focus on artificial intelligence domain, we will analyze real-world examples and success stories, uncovering the strategies that forward-thinking entrepreneurs and managers are using to harness these advancements, overcome challenges, and drive sustainable growth.
