He holds the position of Associate Partner at Cavour CF, an M&A advisory boutique with offices in Bologna and Milan. At BBS, he served as Co-Director and contract professor for the Open Program Business Planning (2018-2021). He assists organizations in evaluating and navigating corporate transactions, providing support with business modeling, business valuations, and the design of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes. His areas of expertise include M&A, Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, and Startups. Previously, he worked as a Partner at the Accounting Firm Studio Maiese & Partners and as a Business Analyst at AC Nielsen UK (Oxford). He holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK) and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from UNIBO. He is a Chartered Engineer since 2005 and is the Founder of Bologna StartUp.
