Training the trainers

INTRODUCTION

To offer the best learning experience we need to move from a perspective where educators are mainly specialists of knowledge to the idea of educators as facilitators of learning. BBS Training the Trainers program supports our educators in developing a mindset that combines content excellence with the most innovative methods in teaching.

We aim to offer our community of students and participants the possibility to express their potential by being fully encouraged, engaged, and inspired in their learning process and being prepared to understand the existing challenges of our society.

Our goals are:

  • Promote within the School a learning method based on reciprocity, knowledge exchange, and mutual cultural enrichment between educators and participants.
  • Disseminate the idea of the educator as a learning facilitator, who creates the best conditions in which each participant can express their potential.
  • Raise awareness among educators of the importance to include sustainability topics in their lessons.
