To offer the best learning experience we need to move from a perspective where educators are mainly specialists of knowledge to the idea of educators as facilitators of learning. BBS Training the Trainers program supports our educators in developing a mindset that combines content excellence with the most innovative methods in teaching.
We aim to offer our community of students and participants the possibility to express their potential by being fully encouraged, engaged, and inspired in their learning process and being prepared to understand the existing challenges of our society.
Our goals are:
Sustainability is an interdisciplinary topic that involves moments of deep reflection in the global scene today. The teaching field is called upon to address this central topic by rethinking its techniques and priorities. It is the duty of educators to engage students and participants in an understanding of the challenges of sustainability to enable them to address the major changes facing a globalized world where resources are limited.
The most advanced teaching methods and innovative pedagogical techniques will be addressed.
Educators will be asked to step out of their comfort zone through moments of high engagement.
A mutually enriching context that brings to bear their personal teaching skills and experiences.
