Finance for non Finance Manager Online

Understanding to create value

Accounting is the language of business. Operators, managers and directors of all business functions, as well as administrators and entrepreneurs themselves, are constantly in contact with a technical language of an administrative nature that they often understand and manage in a partial and inappropriate manner.

“EBITDA”, “Financial Leverage”, “Net Financial Position” are terms that frequently appear in company discussions and the inability to fully understand this language can negatively affect the effectiveness of the action of managers and the interaction with CFOs and colleagues.

More generally, all managers, in order to create value for the company, need to be aware of how daily decisions affect the assets, income and financial flows of the organization. The course allows managers and entrepreneurs without an administrative background to become aware of the economic and financial language.

More specifically, the course provides basic skills for the analysis and interpretation of the company’s balance sheet (of suppliers, customers, partners, etc..) and to predetermine the economic and financial effect of short and medium to long-term management decisions.

The course is structured in 2 thematic Modules, with a total of 18 days to be attended in a online mode.

It is possible to enrol for the entire course or for the modules individually.

The didactic approach will be extremely pragmatic and accompanied by numerous cases applied.
