Bologna Business School’s Executive Master in Corporate Finance is an advanced programme designed for professionals and managers who wish to strengthen their skills in finance and acquire an integrated vision of corporate finance.
Through a path that combines theory and practice, the Master provides concrete tools to face the challenges of the sector: from financial planning to risk management, from extraordinary operations to economic and environmental sustainability.
The 12-month programme takes place in a part-time hybrid format with online meetings on Friday evenings and Saturday in-presence once a month, plus mid-week online sessions. The format is designed to allow participants to balance work, study and private life. The faculty consists of a mix of academics, practitioners and business managers.

Practical use cases related to the application of AI in finance
This course deals with the concept of corporate governance, focusing on different types of properties, the composition of the board, the remuneration of executives and how to determine the value of a firm. The course will introduce participants to concepts such as international models of corporate governance, the effects of the separation of ownership and control, the Enron scandal in the United States, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the action plan for financial services and the main EU directives.

The program is open to graduates with more than 3 years of work experience, as well as non-graduates who have accumulated at least 5 years of professional experience.
