Through a path that combines theory and practice, the Master provides concrete tools to face the challenges of the sector: from financial planning to risk management, from extraordinary operations to economic and environmental sustainability.

The 12-month programme takes place in a part-time hybrid format with online meetings on Friday evenings and Saturday in-presence once a month, plus mid-week online sessions. The format is designed to allow participants to balance work, study and private life. The faculty consists of a mix of academics, practitioners and business managers.
