Renato Santini is Senior Partner of the firm Leonelli – Santini & Partners and Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance and Financial Planning at the University of Bologna.
He is a certified public accountant. Head lecturer of the Advanced Module of the courses in preparation for the state exam Chartered Accountants and Expert Auditors of Bologna. He is a consultant in the area of extraordinary finance (M & A, Business Valuation, Capital Budgeting, Project Financing, etc.) of the primary industrial and financial groups.
