The Master in HR & Organization BBS recognized by SHRM
10 April 2020An important milestone for the Master in HR & Organization BBS, recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest human resources company in the world that has been operating for over 70 years.
The Master, the first Inter-University in Italy on organizational planning and human resource management, was in line with the SHRM standards developed in 2006 and subsequently renewed in 2010, 2013 and 2017, to help universities to develop high-level programs in the HR sector.
The organization has recognized around 400 programs from 375 institutions from all over the world, and has over 300,000 members in 165 countries to ensure the quality of educational programs focused on enhancing work practices and the related training of professionals related to Human Resources.
The mission of SHRM is to raise the professions of the human resources sector, strengthening human potential, the true growth value of businesses.
This is a further confirmation for an international master that allows you to deepen techniques and tools for the enhancement of human capital in the company, leveraging innovative knowledge, networking with professors and managers, and field projects: elements that guarantee 360-degree training degrees and which make the course “a unique and worthwhile learning experience”, as Marcello Russo, Scientific Co-Director of the Master together with Gabriele Morandin defined it.
