Manghi

Ilaria Manghi is Head of Finance, Management Systems, Operations, and CHRO. She Is also Project Leader of the Digital Transformation of the School.
She is Responsible for defining strategic lines for business development -as well as their implementation- and for the optimization of business processes, as well as their formalization also at management systems side.
She has a role of coordination and support in relations between the School, the University, institutions and stakeholders in compliance with the School’s procedures.
Since April 2018, she is a member of the Assembly of Founders and of the Supervisory Board.
Since joining BBS in 2008, she has been working as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer before eventually holding her current positions.
Ilaria has solid skills in P&L and Financial Management, Operations Project and Facility Management, and People Management.
She has strong analysis, planning and synthesis skills.
Passionate for People with an innate attitude to manage innovative projects and change in cross-functional team.
She has acquired experience thanks to 8 years of experience as Controller in the luxury goods industry, first in Ferrari and then in Ferretti Group (world leader luxury yacths).
Ilaria graduated at University of Bologna in Management Engineering and obtained a Corporate Executive MBA at Bologna Business School.
She is passionate about sports and travel.
