Duccio Cavicchi holds a bachelor’s degree in languages, literature, and international studies from the University of Florence and a master’s degree in labor relations from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. After work experience in the HR division of a leading Bolognese company, he joined BBS’s Career Service team in 2024.
