Ludovico Bullini Orlandi is a researcher on the fixed-term type (b) (senior) in Business Organization at the Department of Business Sciences (DiSA) and scientific co-director of the Master in HR & Organization at Bologna Business School. He researches business organization, human resource management, and organizational behavior. His research interests are mainly focused on digital transformation and its consequences at the organizational and work organization levels. Previously he has been interested in studying digital analytics processes within organizations and the role of social media in identifying technological change and organizing online communities. His research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Review of Managerial Science, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, and Journal of Innovation & Knowledge.
