The Global MBA in Food and Wine is designed with a focus on excellence in teaching and education. An international and interdisciplinary Faculty of top global teachers and industry entrepreneurs is the best calling card of this Programme.

The curriculum includes a broad portfolio of knowledge, real cases study, and meetings with companies.

The Programme is divided into three terms.

In the first cycle, fundamentals of economics and management are provided by professors as Alec Ross, Senior Advisor for Innovation to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the duration of her term as Secretary of State and he served as the Convener for the Technology & Media Policy Committee on Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and Distinguished Adjunct Professor in our School and Antonio Paco Giuliani, Professor of Entrepreneurship at the IESEG School of Management.

From the second term, the students will follow classes directly related to the Food and Wine world, with, among others, Ludovica Leone, Industry Leader in the Food and Wine sector and adjunct professor at Dickinson College in Bologna, and Fabio Parasecoli, Professor of Food Studies and Director of the Ph.D. in Food Studies at New York University.

Private visits to local companies and Leadership Talks with top food and beverage business executives have added values that only our strong network brings to the Global MBA in Food and Wine.

Students from previous editions had the opportunity to meet, among others, Michele Pontecorvo, VP Ferrarelle Spa, Regional President FAI, and Massimo Bottura, a multi-starred chef who is at the top of chefs and restaurant world’s ranking, with his Osteria Francescana.
