A mechanical engineer that has been engaged in Operations and Logistics consultancy since 1998, working for several industrial sectors, namely: production of mechanical components, machinery tools, automotive, plastics transformation. He had the opportunity to be trained in a corporate environment during his first working years, which allowed him to develop the ability to work alongside managers, training them on the job and supporting them in the achievement of their own goals. Since 2004 Matteo is an equity partner of OPTA Srl, a consulting firm specialized in operations and logistics management for manufacturing and service industries. The number of projects and the variety of consultancy activities’ undertaken has led to an expertise in all Operations’ areas, including the review of the Supply Chain structure. He has been teaching for several years in collaboration with various important training bodies, including Bologna Business School for Operations Management courses. Matteo is an operations management specialist, with business consultancy activities encompassing Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Optimization, Production Planning and Control, and Management Control.
