Researcher in Corporate Finance at the Department of Business Sciences of the University of Bologna, he teaches Corporate Finance at the Rimini offices of the University of Bologna. He has a Ph.D. in Financial Markets and Intermediaries from the University of Bologna and he was visiting scholar at the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests mainly concern the activity of equity research of financial analysts, the information efficiency of financial markets, the financial structure of businesses, the investments in alternative assets and international finance. He has published articles on the aforementioned themes on national and international journals.
