Marco Brandalesi graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna and subsequently the qualification of Regular Auditor World Class Manufacturing. He has 20 years of experience in mechanical and automotive companies, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility. Since 2020 he has been Principal Operational Excellence, Sustainability and Change Management at Bonfiglioli Consulting where he is responsible for the design and management of projects in complex contexts, aimed at optimizing the organization and operational performance; guides customers towards the realization of their objectives, consolidating long-term relationships with the highest levels of the company; contributes to the continuous updating of the practice and standard delivery, developing innovative ideas and methods.
The introduction of new organizational designs and the adoption of digital technologies require processes of change that must be structured. In both cases it is a complex path that has a strong impact on established rules and habits and with respect to which people show resistance to change. To overcome these resistances, processes are activated that, starting from the definition of objectives and long-term strategies, are declined into actions that must be planned and controlled.
