- 1. In order to reach Cervia, participants of the XV Alumni Reunion can avail of transportation on the Orange Train, organized by BBS and carried out by Trenitalia Tper S.c.a.r.l., departing on Friday, September 8, 2023, 8:12 p.m. from Bologna Central Station to Cervia Station and returning on Saturday, September 9, 2023, 2:00 a.m. from Cervia Station to Bologna Central Station.
- The use of the Orange Train is subject to the participant’s acceptance of the following conditions of use of the Orange Train. The participant agrees to fully inform any of his/her companions, for whom the participant will be held responsible, about the above conditions of use.
- Participation in the use of the Orange Train is possible until all available seats are filled. The participant will receive a notice of membership at the e-mail address given during registration for the XV Alumni Reunion.
- The departure times of the Orange Train stated in 1. shall be deemed estimated and not guaranteed, and BBS shall in no way be liable for schedule changes, delays, or cancellations of the Orange Train due to or resulting from events of force majeure, fortuitous events or otherwise due to facts and/or acts and/or causes beyond its direct control or otherwise not attributable to it (by way of example but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots or disturbances, technical problems or failures of the Orange Train, problems with the railway infrastructure, malicious acts of third parties, reasons of public interest concerning public rail service, etc. ). In addition, BBS shall not be liable in any way if the participant fails to take advantage of the Orange Train for reasons beyond the direct control of BBS or otherwise not attributable to BBS (e.g. because the participant arrived late at the Orange Train departure location).
- The participant agrees to comply with the safety prescriptions on board the Orange Train given by Trenitalia Tper S.c.a.r.l. personnel, indemnifying and holding BBS harmless from any charge, claim, or liability that may be asserted by other participants and/or third parties in violation of the aforementioned safety prescriptions.
- The participant agrees as of now to indemnify any damages that may be caused by the participant to the OrangeTrain, indemnifying and holding BBS harmless from any charge, request, or liability that may be claimed by Trenitalia Tper S.c.a.r.l. as a result of damages caused by the participant to the Orange Train.
