Francesca
Zuffi

At Bologna Business School, Francesca Zuffi is Head of MBAs Business Unit.

She started her career at BBS in 2010 as a Programme Manager of several MBA programmes; in 2015 she became the Head of Executive MBA, and since 2019, she has been responsible for the entire Business Unit.

Francesca oversees the strategic and organisational coordination of the area, plans sales targets, carries out market analyses, forecasts, and budgets, and manages a team with which she designs, develops, and implements excellence in training courses aimed at executives, managers and entrepreneurs.

Since beginning her educational career, she has been oriented towards the world of training and people management, first with a Master’s Degree in Anthropology and Ethnology at the University of Bologna, then specialising with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at Bologna Business School.

Throughout her career, Francesca has strengthened the competence, passion and reliability which characterise her, turning them into valuable professional strengths.
