Gianluca Settepani is Chartered Accountant, and Statutory Auditor.
He is partner of Studio Gnudi. He offers consultancy o n company matters (accounting and taxation), extraordinary transactions (mergers, spin-offs and contributions of assets), corporate debt restructuring and assistance in the preparation of balance sheets (ITA Gaap and IAS/IFRS).
He is also Statutory Auditor to several companies and independent director or liquidator of corporations.
He has contributed to the journals Il Sole 24 Ore, Milano Finanza, Italia Oggi, Giustizia Tributaria, Giurisprudenza Tributaria and Bollettino Tributario.
He is a lecturer on a post-graduate specialisation course on taxation issues.
He is also honorary representative of American Chamber of Commerce in Italy for Emilia Romagna.
