After a period of academic training at Vilnius University and St. Petersburg State University, Comasia obtains a Master’s Degree in English and Russian for Language Mediation at the University of Bologna. She starts her working career in the fair sector, in the organizational office, and in the international development office of fairs and exhibitions in BolognaFiere. She then started working as a managerial trainer, taking care of the operative and commercial office of Master and Executive Master in the areas of Marketing, Media Relations, and events organization.

In 2022 she joins the Bologna Business School team in the EMBAs area.
