Giulia Beltramelli is General Counsel at Bologna Business School. After serving as a member of the Bologna Business School Board of Auditors, Giulia joined the BBS team in December 2020. She is responsible for various areas, including financial statements, corporate governance, compliance, and taxation. Giulia has led and managed BBS’s financing contracts and processes related to obtaining contributions from Italian and international partners and donors. Giulia coordinates BBS’s different supervisory bodies: the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Audit Firm, the Supervisory Body, and the Data Protection Officer. She has significant experience related to the taxation of corporate groups and international foundations. She worked for leading law firms in Bologna and Milan. Giulia is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor, she received a PhD in European Tax Law from the University of Bologna. She has authored various articles on tax law published in specialist journals.
