Master’s Degree in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Bologna and an Executive Master in Human Resources Management. From 2014 she worked for 5 years in GrandVision Italy, a multinational retail company, as HR Development Specialist dealing with HR selection, training and development. She then worked for 2 years in consulting companies as Cluster Coordinator & Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinating and implementing training and development processes for Human Resources. Since December 2020 she has been working in Bologna Business School as Program Manager in the EMBAS Area.
