GOALS
The Master in Business Management – Tourism, Heritage and Events aims to train managers able to have a systemic vision that links together areas that today are not always connected such as tourism, culture and event organization.
In dialogue with University and local institutions, this Master enables the acquisition of transversal skills that are indispensable in the management of an expanding sector such as tourism and cultural events, the demand for which has seen exponential growth in recent years.
Consolidating growth even with a focus on sustainability is necessary to ensure a future for companies involved in tourism and culture, and knowing how to manage a world that demands experiences rather than travel is fundamental to being able to play this role successfully.
Emilia-Romagna, a land of travel and culture, and Bologna, a cultural crossroads city with a vocation for tourism, are the ideal place to train to become a complete professional, capable of bringing together the areas that deal with tourism: from marketing to production, from commercial profile to resource management.
Engaging Company Project Work and MGIncontri – testimonials from industry executives – ensure a pragmatic study path. An annual Master Project complements the academic training provided by an international Faculty for a 12-month, full-time, English-language Master that is a springboard to the world of tourism and culture-related start-ups.
