MBA Lecture: Gabriel Sanchez Zinny “The International Job Market for Young Talents”

The International MBA classes of the academic year 2013/2014 have reached to the end and, in light of this achievement, Alma Graduate School has organized the traditional Farewell.

The event will be preceded by an interesting dialogue between Gabriel Sanchez Zinny -Egon Zehnder International, Miami USA and International Advisory Board, Alma Graduate School- and Max Bergami –Professor and Dean, Alma Graduate School-. The MBA Lecture will be about “The International Job Market for Young Talents”.

Gabriel Sanchez Zinny, based in Miami, focuses on recruiting senior executives and board members, assessing management teams and boards, and CEO and board succession planning. He has worked extensively in Latin America and the US across consumer goods and services, financial services, the industrial sector, and telecommunications. Gabriel addresses the talent issues of global corporations as well as family-owned companies, providing coaching and developing senior leaders.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Gabriel was Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Renault, based in Argentina, and Marketing and Sales Director for Alpargatas, a major consumer goods company, also in Argentina. He began his professional career as a Consultant for McKinsey & Company in Paris and Milan.

Gabriel earned BA in Business Administration from Catholic University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is an active member of the International Advisory Board of IAE Business School in Argentina, and serves on the advisory board to The Alma Business School at the University of Bologna, in Italy.
