Renato Santini is Senior Partner of the firm Leonelli – Santini & Partners and Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance and Financial Planning at the University of Bologna.
He is a certified public accountant. Head lecturer of the Advanced Module of the courses in preparation for the state exam Chartered Accountants and Expert Auditors of Bologna. He is a consultant in the area of extraordinary finance (M & A, Business Valuation, Capital Budgeting, Project Financing, etc.) of the primary industrial and financial groups. He is an expert in corporate governance and holds the position of independent director and auditor for several listed companies and foundations, as well as a journalist on operational matters of corporate finance.
