INSPIRATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL SESSIONS - The strategic and operational elements that distinguish new enterprise creation: the articulation of the business concept, the business model, defining the organizational structure, research and the collection of financial resources, and the development of a business plan. The goal is to expose participants to an orientation to entrepreneurship, ways to develop personal skills and to provide them with the conceptual and practical steps to launch a start-up or create a business from within a corporate context, a spin-off/corporate venturing, through a combination of lectures, group work, sharing of practices, discussion of case studies and testimonials from successful entrepreneurs. The course is intended to support participants in the preparation of project work.
