The last meeting of the autumn cycle of the Innovation Talks will host as and as Keynote Speakers Franco Zambonelli, Professor of Information Processing Systems at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Paolo Nori, writer.
Some information about the speakers:
Franco Zambonelli, born in Bologna in 1966, is full professor of Computer Science at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He got the Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering in 1992 and the PhD in Computer Science in 1997, both from the University of Bologna.
His research activities are in the field of software agent-based architectures and pervasive autonomic services, areas in which he has received numerous honors and awards, and he is active in several partnerships and international projects.
Paolo Nori is a writer, translator and Italian blogger. After graduation he worked as an accountant in Algeria, Iraq and France. Back in Italy he received his degree in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Parma, with a thesis on the linguistic theories of Velimir Khlebnikov. He is the founder and editor of the magazine L’Accalappiacani (The dog catcher), published by DeriveApprodi. He collaborates with some newspapers including Il manifesto, Free, Libero, Il Foglio e Il Fatto Quotidiano and has a blog on The Post.
