Innovation Talk with Maurizio Arrivabene

Maurizio Arrivabene, Managing Director, Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal, Scuderia Ferrari will be the fifth protagonist of the Innovation Talks and Max Bergami, Dean of BBS will attend as discussant.

Maurizio Arrivabene was born in Brescia, Italy on 7 March 1957.

After working in a marketing and promotional environment in his native Italy and abroad, he joined Philip Morris, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he filled various positions, working his way up to become Vice President of Marlboro Global Communication & Promotions for Philip Morris International in 2007. Then in 2011 he took on the role of Vice President Consumer Channel Strategy and Event Marketing.

In addition to his role at Philip Morris, since 2012 he has been an independent board member of Juventus FC SpA. Since 2010 he has sat on the F1 Commission, representing all the sponsors in Formula 1.

 

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian luxury sports car manufacturer based in Maranello. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929, as Scuderia Ferrari, the company sponsored drivers and manufactured race cars before moving into production of street-legal vehicles in 1947.

Fiat acquired 50% of Ferrari in 1969 and expanded its stake to 90% in 1988.

Ferrari is the world’s most powerful brand according to Brand Finance.
