Villa Guastavillani will host the final event of the 2nd edition of the FAAC Academy, a training initiative for high potential young people inside the FAAC Group.
The FAAC Academy was launched in 2013 with the intention of creating a permanent school of management within the FAAC Group. The main objective of the initiative is to invest on tomorrow’s managers, by providing them the best tools to drive the Group’s growth in the coming years, and at the same time create career plans within the FAAC Group.
The remarkable success, not only with reference to the content covered in each course, but also in terms of collaboration, synergies and dialogue, led the initiative in its second year, also focused on the key themes for the future of the FAAC Group: internationalization, integration and innovation.
