AIDP Awards for Bar-raisers Winners
23 June 2016The students from the Master in Human Resources & Organization presented their case project work on the first edition of the AIDP Award for Bar-raisers. After a very successful morning of activites, the winning team was announced.
On Friday, July 17th, the students of the Master in Human Resources & Organization, divided in 5 teams, presented each a case study of five important national and international companies. The jury comission in charge of evaluating the project works was formed by:
Sebastiano Bergonzoni – Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna
Isabella Covili Faggioli – AIDP and IC Consulting
Riccardo Sdraulig – Gea Refrigeration Italy
Rossella Seragnoli – AIDP and CROWN Aerosols Italia
Giovanni Tamburini – Kemet Industries
Fly High: The Aeroporto G. Marconi di Bologna Case, was the project that earned the winning team, composed by Priscila Distefano, Kamila Hawrot, Michela Pau and Renata Vasta, the “Bar-raisers Award“. The prize consists of a 4 day trip to London and a visit the international company Kohler Mira, based in Cheltenham, and Kohler Shared Services Center at Gloucester.
