#GreeningBBS Competition
9 May 2016We’re very pleased to invite you to participate in the 1st “Greening BBS” competition. Imagine innovative and actionable initiatives for making BBS a more sustainable organization and a greener setting to study, work and interact.
The initiative will be launched on May 16, at 7 pm, in Aula Magna, in the presence of the founder of GreenApes, an international start-up, supporting the initiative.
The competion is open to the students of BBS International Programs: Global MBA, Master in Marketing Communication and New Media and Master in Organization and Human Resources Management.
Mission? Propose innovative and actionable initiatives for making BBS a more sustainable organization and a greener setting. Realize them and earn points in the GreenApes platform. Take and share other sustainable actions in your daily life to earn extra points.
How? It’s a team-based competition. You’re invited to create teams of five people (cross-masters teams are super welcomed) and communicate your formations to the Program Mangers at greeningbbs@bbs.unibo.it.
Evaluation? Your team will be evaluated by two criteria: 1) points earned in the platform, and 2) quality of the green initiatives as evaluated by a special committee of managers, professors, and leaders in the environmental movement.
When? The competition starts on May 17 and ends on May 24. The teams will present their “Greening BBS proposals” to the committee on May 24, during an official ceremony.
Award? The best team will be awarded a full day experience in Florence where they will enjoy a lunch in one of the green restaurants affiliated to Green Apes in the company of the the leadership team of Grean Apes. The day will continue with a visit at the Florence Hub, part of the worldwide network of Impact Hubs.
