To register for the Graduation 2019 & XIII Alumni Reunion, you will receive an email with the instructions and a link to complete the registration process and the payment of the participation fee for the Reunion Party, for you and your guests.

The Graduation this year will take place in Piazza Maggiore, in the heart of Bologna, where anyone can attend the ceremony. The places available for the event are numerous: the graduates will have a reserved and guaranteed place, while the graduates’ guests and other participants registered for the ceremony will have access to the available seats, which will be occupied according to the order of arrival, on a first come, first served basis. In case of bad weather, an alternative location will be identified for the ceremony, which will be communicated via email.
It is possible to register for the Reunion by paying the contribution of 50€ * until 1 pm on Tuesday, June 25. Those who will complete their enrollment after the deadline will be asked to pay an extraordinary contribution of € 200. The Friday event is reserved exclusively for an adult audience. For security reasons, minors are not allowed to enter.
* The participants of the evening of June 28, are invited to donate an institutional contribution for a minimum value of 50€, intended to finance the scholarships to the students of the Master BBS. In case of impossibility to carry out the event for atmospheric or other serious reasons not dependent on BBS, this contribution will be destined to the aforementioned scholarships.
**Graduands are reminded that their attendance is merely voluntary and not mandatory; in case of failure to attend, certificates may in any case be personally collected by the student, upon exhibit of an I.D., or by someone other than the student through a written proxy including a copy of the delegating person’s I.D., from the relevant faculty office arranging time and date with the same.
BBS will use its best endeavors to keep the scheduled time, date and venue for the ceremony; however, due to circumstances beyond the immediate control of the School the event may be delayed, relocated to another venue or postponed; where any of such circumstances occur, BBS shall duly inform participants thereof and will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or costs that may be occasioned by such events.
Likewise, graduands and guests are reminded that each participant shall bear any and all risks incurred into during the course of the ceremony, and BBS shall not accept any liability for any damage ensuing to persons or property related to or resulting from the participation to the event. In particular, in consideration of the setting of the event, in case of severe weather conditions BBS and any third party collaborators shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participants and will be deemed to have been held harmless against any liability to this regard.
The Charity Pizza Party for the thirteenth edition of the alumni reunion, scheduled for the evening of Friday, June 28th, at 9.00 p.m., will take place outdoors, at the gardens of Villa Guastavillani, via degli Scalini 18, Bologna. We remind our guests that in case the event is delayed, relocated to another venue or postponed, due to, among the other, bad weather conditions, BBS shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, injury, loss or damage suffered by the participants. Likewise, during the party BBS shall nonetheless be held harmless against any liability for any damage ensuing to persons or property related to or resulting from the participation to the event.
