An international and interdisciplinary Faculty, made up of a team of academics, visiting professors, guest speakers, and top managers, is the heart of a new Programme, the only one in the world, bringing together theory and experience in the luxury automotive and motorsport industry.

The Master’s program is organized in three terms.

The first includes the study of the fundamentals of general management with courses conducted, among others, by Alec Ross, former Senior Advisor for Innovation to Hillary Clinton and Advisor in the Obama Administration, Distinguished Adjunct Professor at BBS.

In the second and third terms, management skills and more specific courses related to the motor world will be developed by top executives in luxury automotive, including Nicola Boari, Chief Brand Diversification Officer, Ferrari; Maurizio Reggiani, Chief Technical Officer, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.; Patrizia Cianetti, Marketing and Communication Director, Ducati Motor Holding.

Our collaboration with Motor Valley industries allows Global MBA students to enjoy unique experiences such as company visits to the most important companies in the world of Supercars and Superbikes, project works in collaboration with the world’s leading motor brands, and Leadership Talks by executives from the most famous brands in motoring history.

In the 2021-2022 edition, among others, Ettore Musu, Development Lead Advanced High-Performance Engine Combustion, Maserati, spoke to the students about Maserati’s experience in mastering innovations in the luxury car market; Luca Stronati, Software Validation Director, Marelli, presented Marelli’s experiences in e-mobility; Julia Pallè, Sustainability Director, FIA Formula E and Cristina Pace, Founder, Enovation Consulting illustrated the innovations born in Formula E racing that are changing the present of engines from a sustainable approach.

It is the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) the keystone of this Global MBA: a committee composed of executives such as Maurizio Albano, Head of HR, Maserati; Michele Antoniazzi, Chief Human Resources Officer, Ferrari; Stefano Domenicali, CEO, Formula 1; Andrea Pontremoli, CEO, Dallara; Maurizio Reggiani, Chief Technology Officer, Lamborghini. This is the core around which all the collaborations, project works, and the opportunity to undertake the 500-hours internship in one of the leading companies in the market revolve.

The 12-month, full-time, English-language program is aimed at graduates and experienced professionals who want to turn their dreams into a career in the Supercars and Superbikes world.
