Benedetta Siboni is Associate Professor of Business Administration and Accounting studies and Chair the Guarantee Committee for Equal Opportunities (CUG) of the University of Bologna. She is member of the research team “Promoting Gender Balance and Inclusion in Research, Innovation and Training (PLOTINA)”, coordinated by the University of Bologna, funded by the European Commission under the Horizon2020 program (Grant Agreement No. 666008).
She is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of “Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal” and member of the Editorial Board of “Meditari Accountancy Research” and “International Journal of Financing and Accounting Studies”. She was Faculty member of the Ph.D. program in Diversity Management and Governance at the University of Bologna and she has been Visiting Scholar at the Royal Holloway University of London, UK. She earned the PhD in Business Administration and Accounting studies at the University of Pisa, ItalyShe was a member of the Evaluation Committee of the Municipality of Forlì. Her research interests focus on sustainability, gender and intellectual capital accounting as well as on performance measurement with regards to public sector. She has authored books and many articles, both in international and national journals.
