Francesco Rossi is a headhunter and consultant currently working for Praxi SpA in Bologna. He has obtained his degree in Economics at the University of Bologna, a city to which he is also a native. Over the past 20 years he dedicated his career to HR and as a recruiter he has specialized in both and executives as well as regular employees. He is a certified corporate coach and is specialized in helping both teams and individuals finding true potential. He joined BBS for the full-time Master in HR & Organization in 2016 and delivers the course in Onboarding and Recruiting together with Maria Lamelas Godinez.
