She held leadership positions at Google and in top FMCG multinational companies like Heineken and Danone. Her main areas of expertise are consumer target segmentation, on-offline category growth drivers, omni-channel shopper journey, insight generation and media effectiveness.
Elisa is now head of Head of Marketing at IAB Italy and works as trainer and independent advisor for brand manufacturers and retailers and consult them on where to play and how to optimally allocate resources in order to influence brand perception and purchase behaviors and, more widely, deliver a consistent brand experience cross channel.
