Lucio supports companies in implementing effective management control systems, based on specific and appropriate KPIs that we define together according to the business sector.
He has good experience in corporate governance and in the evaluation and management of M&A transactions and consolidated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, definition of processes and procedures, audits and internal controls. He is Chartered Accountant and Auditor (MEF).
In BBS he had the honour of being involved since the beginning due to my expertise in Retail Management control.
In Retex Spa, as a founder partner he is in charge of implementing all the operational processes on the administrative and financial side of the company, while continuing to provide consulting services to retail clients.
Previously, he was involved as an external free lance in a Consulting firm and he was the chief of a Practice named Business Process Consulting.
In Guaber Spa (late 90s till 2004) he acted as Controller, as well as Head of Information Systems, reporting directly to the owners on management control, budgeting and reporting, he was responsible for internal control procedures.
In Conad as Group Controller, he contributed to the introduction of the budget methodology as a tool for motivating, guiding and verifying company results.
In Coop he was Head of controlling, reporting directly to the Company Management and the Board of Directors.
Shortly after graduating, he started to work in KPMG Spa, where he moved his first career steps.
