Alessia is a facilitator and consultant.
She undertakes the practice of Coaching in 2008, within the framework of the ICF – International Coach Federation competencies, on which she bases her coaching style, which she applies in individual and team paths, with a transformational approach based on the use of emotional competencies as a fundamental asset.
She began her career in Marketing and Communications, then diversified experiences in multiple sectors (manufacturing, B2B, B2C, catering, retail) and roles in Commercial in complex negotiations. Alessia is directly involved in Business Units with high technological components, as an account, team management and task force coordination in high-pressure contexts and in multinational structured organizational environments in high complexity situations and projects (digitization, commercial network transformation, etc.). Consultant to companies, entrepreneurs, start-ups, managers, etc. facilitates the discovery in stakeholders of their own way of dealing with future challenges and the learnings they entail, with particular focus on people management.
