Nathalie Spielmann
Professor of Marketing and Director of the MSc Wine & Gastronomy NEOMA Business School Visiting Faculty

Nathalie Spielmann is Professor of Marketing and Director of the MSc Wine & Gastronomy at NEOMA Business School. She is also affiliate lecturer at Brock University (Canada) and the Ecole Supérieur d’Agriculture (France) and lectures in study tours for Sonoma State University (USA) and Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands). Dr. Spielmann’s research centers on understanding how advertising cues, especially those related to authenticity and sustainability, are likely to persuade and influence consumers. Her research has been published numerous international journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Service Research, and many others. She has published more than 40 journal articles. She is also an active consultant for the city of Reims, since 2015, and helps develop strategies centered around territorial attractivity and positioning. Concurrently, Dr. Spielmann owns and operates a Champagne wine bar in the heart of the Mountain of Reims (Champagne) and is currently completing her WSET Diploma studies.
