Montanari

Alfredo Montanari is Adjunct Faculty, Senior Advisor of Bologna Business School and Co-Founder and Managing Director of Regenesi and Regenstech. Previously he held the positions of Managing Director of Bologna Business School from October 2016 to July 2021, HR Director of Seat Pagine Gialle Group, HR Learning & Development Senior Manager in Vodafone, HR Director Datalogic Group. He has served as a Board Member of Corporate Universities and several Master’s degrees in Human Resources. He has been a lecturer at the University of Bologna (Bologna and Rimini Seats) and a professor at the University of Modena Reggio Emilia on Human Capital Management and Development, Human Resources Management and Corporate Organisation.

He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna and a degree in Political Science (administrative specialisation); he subsequently specialised at IMD (Lausanne) London Business School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Luiss Business School. He is the father of a large family and tries to practice the idea that without good theory it helps to manage innovative companies and that good practice helps to develop theories that are useful for action.
