Alfredo Montanari is Adjunct Faculty and Senior Advisor at Bologna Business School. Previously he held the positions of Managing Director at Bologna Business School from October 2016 to July 2021, Human Resources Director of the Seat Pagine Gialle Group, HR Learning & Development Senior Manager at Vodafone, Human Resources Director of the Datalogic Group. He has served as Board Member of Corporate University and of some specialization Masters in Human Resources. He was a lecturer at the University of Bologna (Bologna and Rimini offices) and lecturer at the University of Modena Reggio Emilia on the issues of Human Capital Management and Development, Human Resource Management and Business Organization.
He has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna and in Political Science (Administrative address); subsequently, he specialized at IMD (Lausanne) London Business School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Luiss Business School. He is the father of a large family and is the co-founder of 2 companies in the field of circular economy.
