She is Qualified Accountant & Auditor in Italy. ACA ICAEW, UK. Angel Investor, Co-founder and CEO of AMS Srl, a management advisory company. At BBS, she is Lecturer of Finance and Strategic accounting Master FCA and Corporate Accounting open program; previously also Master DTM. She was awarded the Cabot Corporation Award for ERP JDEdwards implementation Europe and Hong Kong (Team Leader Finance) and the Cabot Corporation Award for Euro conversion (Team leader of 6 European Countries and 10 manufacturing plants). She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, EMBA part time Profingest at BBS, Cabot College Executive Training – Global Management Program, and finally a Executive Master Corporate Governance and Executive Master Corporate and Finance Sustainability at Sole 24Ore Business School. Passionate of sustainability with focus, among others, on gender equality and inclusion as well as of sustainable strategy and corporate governance.

COURSES

The course is focused on the main strategic control concepts and tools to support the decision-making process as well as the strategic planning and budgeting. A brief introduction to the main concepts of finance and accounting is included. The course will combine front lectures, guest speakers’ lectures, case studies and team work. The whole course will based on a practical approach, although based on the general theoretical concepts of management accounting.

The analysis and the planning of the control systems. Monitoring systems of the multidimensional performance. Value based management. Management of costs and the techniques of cost management. Monitoring and reporting of the intellectual capital. Incentive systems. Management of costs between companies and during new project phases. Target cost management: strategic control of innovation. Customer value management and pricing techniques.
