Strategy, Business Development and Marketing Director TESYA Group

Francesco Millo holds a PhD in Economics and Finance (University of Verona and UCLA) and an Executive Master (IESE), and focused most of his career on Strategy and Business Transformation / Innovation.
He is currently Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing Director at Tesya, a €1.5bn company leader in 15 countries offering products, services and solutions for earth-moving and energy transition applications.

Previously he was Strategy, M&A, and Corporate Development Director at Bonfiglioli, a worldwide market leader in the gearboxes, electric motors and inverter market.
He was Executive Vice-President at Bi-Rex, a Public-Private Consortium with 61 members (49 companies and 12 universities/research institutes) developing advanced technologies for industrial applications.
Before joining Bonfiglioli, he was management consultant at the “Boston Consulting Group”, where he worked on highly strategic projects in several industries (Medical; Consumer Goods; Industrial; Banking; Travel & Tourism; Insurance). Previously, he was enrolled in the asset management industry (Fideuram Gestions SA, in Luxembourg).
