Junior assistant professor at Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering “Guglielmo Marconi”, campus Cesena, Italy She received msc in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. In 2011 she enrolled the PhD at Dept. of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering “Guglielmo Marconi”, University of Bologna. In April 2014 she joined the Dept. of Engineering Sciences, Uppsala University, for a post-doc position. In 2019 she started the researcher position at Dept. of Electrical and Information Engineering, Polytechnic University of Bari.

She is the Associate Editor for IET Power Electronics Journal, Topic Editor for MDPI Electronics, and Guest Editor in several special issues for MDPI Energies, Electronics and IET PEL journals. Her research interests include power electronic circuits and power electronic converters for electric drives and renewable energy sources, with special interest to sustainability and electric mobility. Throughout her career she has been awarded with several grants and prizes: Erasmus Mundus funding for doctoral studies (2011-2014); Winner of fellowship at the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Bologna (2011-2014); Winner of Marco Polo exchange grant with Technical University of Graz (2012); Springer Thesis – recognition and prize winner for outstanding PhD research (2014).
