Giorgia Moschini is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of Marche. Her research interests include Management Accounting, Integrated Reporting, CSRD, and Game-based learning, primarily focusing on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). In her doctoral work, she explores effective methods of measuring D&I and devising a framework for D&I metrics. Aside from her academic pursuits, Giorgia has extensive experience as a tutor at Bologna University within the Department of Management. She is also a lecturer and tutor in several Executive MBA programs at Bologna Business School, covering subjects such as Performance Management Systems, Cost Management, and Financial Accounting. Finally, she has gained experience as a strategic consultant specializing in management control.
