Filippo Maria Bocchi
Shared Value and Sustainability Director HERA Core Faculty

Born in Fidenza (PR) in 1969.

Since March 2019, he has been the Director of Shared Value and Sustainability (previously Corporate Social Responsibility) with the responsibility of proposing and defining, at the Group level, corporate guidelines related to creating shared value (CSV) and sustainability, as well as policies on non-financial reporting and accountability. He is also responsible for managing the definition and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard system, in line with the company’s planning cycle (Multi-Year Industrial Plan and Budget).

Since 2019, he has been a member of the board of directors and since 2023, a delegated director of Impronta Etica, an association of businesses promoting and spreading principles of social responsibility and sustainability. From 2019 to 2022, he was a board member and vice-president of the National Foundation Global Compact Network Italy, an organization aimed at promoting the United Nations Global Compact in Italy. Since 2023, he has also been a board member of Sustainability Makers, a third sector organization working to qualify and promote professional skills and competencies in sustainability.

COURSES

L’obiettivo di questo corso consiste nell’analizzare la relazione tra lo sviluppo di una strategia per la sostenibilità e la sua implementazione operativa attraverso lo sviluppo di adeguati sistemi di misurazione e gestione delle performance. In particolare, all’interno del corso, verranno sviluppate tre differenti prospettive relative ai sistemi di misurazione delle performance:

  • misurazione ad uso interno per supportare l’implementazione della strategia: sviluppare key performance indicators che rappresentino i processi di sostenibilità aziendale, affiancare opportuni target di prestazione, definire adeguati sistemi di rewards, integrare questi indicatori all’interno del dashborad di controllo direzionale aziendale.
  • misurazione per rendicontazione esterna ai differenti stakeholders aziendali: cos’è e come strutturare un reporting integrato, differenti framework di rendicontazioni sviluppati a livello nazionale e internazionale.
  • Valutazione di impatto.
