Jordi Díaz, General Director of EADA Business School, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from École des Ponts ParisTech and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wales. He also holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EADA and has completed programs in Authentic Leadership Development and Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School. He has had a long career at the institution since joining in 2002 as Director of International Programs, a position he held until August 2020. From 2008 to 2012, he was a member of the board of directors of the Executive MBA Council (USA) and served as its president for the 2010-2011 term. From 2014 to 2021, he served on the board of EPAS – European Program Accreditation – and since 2017, he has been the Director of the Executive Academy at the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD Global Network, Switzerland). He teaches innovation and is a co-author of the Amazon bestseller in the field of business development, “The Innovative Management Education Ecosystem.”
