A technology marketing executive with global P&L responsibilities, he is an expert in innovation and Industry 4.0, leading his company through the digital transition (Internet of Things, AI, robotics, e-commerce) to enhance productivity, profitability, and market share. Passionate about people and cultures, he has lived, studied, and worked in the Americas, Asia, and Northern Europe. He teaches International Management at Bologna Business School, where his multidisciplinary approach in Master’s courses helps students develop international leadership skills in: digital Strategies, intercultural Negotiation, diversity Management and ESG Challenges.
As a top manager at Jingdiao Group Co., he directs the sales of IoT systems for smart manufacturing in key sectors: EV, robotics, automation, packaging, clean energy, and engineering. As Marketing Director at Dana Brevini, he increased revenues to $600 million in the United States, Brazil, Germany, India, and China. Additionally, he planned industrial acquisitions, established 28 new branches over 15 years, formed joint ventures in Japan and Korea, and digitized products and services.
As Marketing Manager at KONE Corporation, he was responsible for the MonoSpace elevators, a revolutionary mix of artificial intelligence and technological innovation.
