​Luca is a mechanical engineer involved in business consulting since 2002. In this field, his extensive professional experience is primarily focused on redesigning business processes, particularly in the management of Operations and Managerial Activities, with the goal of helping companies achieve growth and Continuous Improvement.
He has been collaborating with OPTA srl for several years.
Throughout his professional career, he has undertaken projects in numerous industrial sectors such as automotive, machinery and packaging, electronics, mechanical processing, construction, chemistry, software, professional training, public services and healthcare.
​He teaches courses in both corporate and inter-company training programs related to his areas of expertise.
He is also a Lecturer in Production Planning and Control and a Tutor for various modules of the Master’s program at the Bologna Business School.
